48 hour Cancellation Policy:

Due to the popularity of our medical spa services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation for services.

All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a deduction to your gift certificate or laser package.  Appointments for single services must be prepaid. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others.

Tipping.

Your thanks for a great service or a job well done is greatly appreciated in the form of a referral. We do not encourage tipping on medical/laser services or visits with our doctor.
