I think Dr. Karl is an artist with botox - I can tell from the way he puts it in. He assesses the facial structure like a sculptor looking at his work.  And he talked to me about being aware of the facial expressions I make - neat!

I know Dr. X (my regular) is supposed to be really good, but he just inks in the inection points and then jabs me straight in with the needle and it hurts like crazy! And I have a high pain tolerance.

My belly is looking so good!!!
